This three-day Medical Aesthetics Training Pathway is designed for Doctors, Dentists and Nurses who want to build a strong foundation and begin their career in aesthetics with confidence. This programme combines theory with hands-on practical injecting sessions and covers the essential treatments to set you on the pathway for success, these include Foundation and Advanced Botulinum toxin and Foundation and Advanced Lip and Perioral Dermal Dermal filler techniques.

Delegate Entry Criteria and Prerequisites Required
Doctors, Dentists, Nurses and Midwives can attend this 'Medics into Aesthetics' Training Pathway.
As Botulinum toxin is a prescription only medication, to attend this Pathway as a nurse you would need to confirm with us that you are working with a Prescriber (Doctor/Dentist), this will be requested at the booking stage.
All attending delegates must be medical or healthcare professionals who have an active current registration with either a Medical, Dental or Nursing body in Ireland or the UK. Evidence of delegate’s registration will be required when booking onto this course.

All delegates will be covered by Cosmed’s indemnity insurance on the day of training.
Post Course Follow up

Cosmed will provide free email support for 12 months post course attendance.

This training course is accrediated by the CPD Certification Service and recognised by Aesthetic Insure insurance company meaning that the Cosmed Certificate of Completion will be recognised by both bodies post training.

After completing this Training Pathway and receiving your Certificates of Completion you will need to purchase injectable indemnity insurance, if you already have an aesthetic injectable insurance policy you will need to ensure the new injectable treatment areas are added to this policy before commencing the new treatment areas in clinic.
CPD Accreditation
This Cosmed Academy Training Pathway holds full accreditation from the CPD Certification Service body, ensuring its high-quality and recognised educational value. This course is equivalent to 24 CPD hours/points.Agenda
