Course Description

The focus of this Polynucleotide Training Day will be to provide injectors with a comprehensive level of knowledge and training on the application of Polynucleotides. This course provides a combination of both theoretical knowledge and practical training. The Polynucleotide techniques covered will be for the Face, Periocular area, Neck, Decolletage, Scalp and Hands using both needle and cannula. The Polynucleotide brands used on the day will be Nucleofill® and Plinest®.

Attending Delegate Entry Criteria and Prerequisites Required

Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Midwives and Pharmacists can attend this Polynucleotide Training Day.

All attending delegates must be medical or healthcare professionals who have an active current registration with either a Medical, Dental, Nursing, Midwifery or Pharmaceutical body in Ireland or the UK. Evidence of delegate’s registration will be required when booking onto this course.

All delegates will be covered by Cosmed’s indemnity insurance on the day of training.

Follow up

Cosmed will provide free email support for 12 months post course attendance.
This training course has been certified by the CPD Certification Service and is recognised by Aesthetic Insure insurance company meaning that the Cosmed Certificate of Completion will be recognised by both bodies post training.
After completing your Cosmed Training course and receiving your Certificate of Completion you will need to ensure the new injectable treatment areas are added to your injectable indemnity insurance policy before commencing the new treatment areas in clinic.

CPD Accreditation

This Cosmed Training course holds full accreditation from the CPD Certification Service body, ensuring its high-quality and recognised educational value. This course is equivalent to 8 CPD hours/points:

FAQs

Will I get to practice on live patients?

There will be ample opportunity throughout the practical section of the day to practice assessment and injecting techniques on live training models under the supervision of the expert trainer to ensure that each delegate obtains a solid understanding of all training delivered.

Are training models supplied for me?

Cosmed Academy will supply the training models for this course. If you do want to supply your own training model/s, please contact us directly on (01) 5547878 or email us at info@cosmed.ie to discuss model clearance criteria and requirements. All model arrangements and clearance will need to be completed at least 2 weeks before the training course date.
There is a cost for all model treatments, however these will have a 50% discount. See the following link for all available model information including clearance criteria, photographs required, the booking process and treatment prices.

I’ve done training in Cosmed a few times, and can’t say enough of how wonderful the academy is. The facilities are impeccable, and so are the staff. I was there recently to train with the Belotero range of fillers, and had a fantastic experience. The trainer Anna was so lovely and knowledgeable, and she shared many great injecting tips with me. If you are keen on learning anything in aesthetics, Cosmed is the place to go to for training. I am looking forward to being back there again, hopefully soon!
